Take your movement practice anywhere with you this summer with This 10 Day Movement Challenge! Over the course of ten days you will get quick daily movement sessions that are focussed on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You can expect a range of classes from spicy sculpt all the way to restorative yoga.
